Make an impact, artfully.

I studied fine arts and design in college and I love getting to combine my passions for art and storytelling wherever possible. At No Kid Hungry, I designed several campaigns using a variety of art techniques from watercolor painting to food photography. Below are a few of my favorite projects I created concepts for, designed, executed and posted.

I hand-painted icons using watercolors, scanned them and built borders for this quote series.

I designed and hand-lettered chalkboards for this visual quote series which I photographed and layered on digital backgrounds.

I actually baked these pies and physically arranged the lettering out of pie crust, limes and chocolate syrup before photographing them.

A grid treatment can be highly effective as a stunt to get people to visit your profile. For big action moments like voting day, I worked to create grid treatments like this one to drive more traffic back to our profile page.

Templating saves a ton of time and is an easy way to stay on-brand even when something might be difficult to visually represent. For these templates, creating the orange overlay and text treatment meant that we could sub a quote in last minute whenever we needed to.

I developed the idea for the “Food is a school supply” campaign, to visually represent some school meal objects out of “normal” school supplies.
