Live at No Kid Hungry
Live social is used frequently at No Kid Hungry for major giving days, updates from celebrity events and behind the scenes at sites where kids receive free meals. I had the opportunity to interview celebrities like Jeff Bridges and Duff Goldman live on the No Kid Hungry social channels. I also went on a storytelling trip with the videography team in rural Virginia and went live from the field. Lastly, I produced several live series featuring my colleagues to better tell the story of No Kid Hungry.
On Giving Tuesday, one of the biggest giving days of the year for nonprofits, I produced 6 total live streams for the No Kid Hungry Facebook page featuring my colleagues and their areas of expertise. My favorite of which (right) featured my colleague from the storytelling team who shared some of the stories of impact he has witnessed over the years.
I also helped produce a live stunt that ran for 10+ hours on Twitter where we added continually to a wall of thanks. We used a wall in our office to thank our corporate partners, our partners in the field, and our everyday donors. We were listed as the top featured for the day on Periscope.

At Booz Allen, I was lucky to work with a team of creatives and talented animators who helped me create polished videos for Booz Allen’s social channels. I had the opportunity to direct a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion series featuring the voices of my colleagues in the corporate social responsibility department. I storyboarded and directed short social-focused videos for a Super Bowl campaign and for our Thanksgiving messaging, and I assisted with a five-part series about navigating corporate America as a woman in business.
This playful “by the numbers” video was a collaboration between my team and the creative team to be part of the Super Bowl conversation in 2020.
This stop-motion animation was created in the break room at our office in 2019. It was a fun side-project with a couple of colleagues to have a shareable piece of content for the upcoming holiday.
