I have had the privilege of working for many different organizations in my 10 years of social media management experience. From national nonprofits with more than 1M followers, to Fortune 500 companies, to small businesses slinging coffee, I’ve been the social media mastermind behind some really special brands. When it comes to social media management, I’ve been on the frontlines of customer service and community management. I have also been the person in the field wielding a camera on my shoulder and a mic in my hand. Most of the time though, I’m mining data, creating tests and developing strategies to land at the right time with the right people.
